Nursing mother is unable to breastfeed after neighbor poured hot water on her

Esther Williams, is currently cooling off in Isheri police detention in Lagos, for emptying a bucket of hot water on Mabel Enwongomfon–Umoh who was still breastfeeding her two-month-old baby, after a minor
argument around 8pm on Xmas eve.
Mabel was left with severe burns on her two breasts, abdomen and other parts of her body. Mabel had only left her room to tell another neighbor to call her younger brother, who was fighting with his girlfriend in front of her ( Mabel ) room, to order.
As Mabel was returning, Williams, who had nothing to do with the fight, asked why she called the sister, saying Mabel was interfering in something that did not concern her. Mabel told her that they’re fighting in front of her room, but Williams pushed her.
This degenerated into a shouting match and Mabel’s husband came out to separate them. They’re already going back to their room when Williams ran into her room to carry the bucket of hot water and lavished it on her. She later blamed the devil for the act.
