One-legged (alleged) thief caught climbing a storey building (photos)

The one-legged man pictured stripped naked and tied up was allegedly caught this morning coming down a building with a laptop‎. The building belongs to Equipment hall Ltd and Savvytech Ltd in old G.R.A Port Harcourt. He jumped the fence, then climbed the building after which he entered through the ceiling and broke into someone's office. After taking the laptop, he came out through the same way he entered only for him to be seen by a staff who came early to work and he was apprehended.
