Earlier today, Ahmed Mohammed, a justice of the federal high court, refused to grant the request of Senate President Bukola Saraki to stop his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT). Also, the Court of Appeal dismissed his
ex-parte application seeking to set aside the order made on Friday by the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) issuing bench warrant for his arrest.
With nowhere else to run to, Saraki, who is facing a 13-count charge of corruption and false declaration of assets has now agreed to appear before the tribunal tomorrow after another order of arrest was issue today….. there are speculations dt he might not be allowed to go back home till after Sallah…..
